1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MyCruiseReview Editorial ("we", "us", "MyCruiseReview"). By accessing or using mycruisereview.com (the "Site"), you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Editorial Independence
MyCruiseReview publishes independent reviews and editorial guides. Cruise lines do not see, edit, or sign off on our coverage before publication, and our editorial ratings are decided solely by the editorial team using the published rubric set out in our methodology.
3. User-Submitted Content
Comments and other user-submitted content are moderated before publication. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and edit that content on the Site. We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove submissions that are off-topic, abusive, defamatory, promotional, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.
4. Intellectual Property & DMCA
All editorial content, photographs, graphics, and source code on the Site are the copyright of MyCruiseReview or our licensors, unless explicitly attributed otherwise. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent:

Email is the operative channel for valid DMCA notices and counter-notices and is monitored every business day. The publisher's filing with the U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent Directory will, once accepted, appear in the public registry at dmca.copyright.gov/osp; users are encouraged to verify the current designation there. A postal address for service can also be provided in writing within five business days of an email request to the address above. Notices must include identification of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. 5. Advertising Disclosure
MyCruiseReview is an independent publication. The Site may display third-party advertising delivered by Google AdSense and other ad networks once our publisher account is approved by Google; until that approval takes effect no advertising scripts are loaded. When advertisements are present they are clearly distinguishable from editorial content and have no influence on our editorial ratings, recommendations, or publishing schedule. 6. No Travel Agency
MyCruiseReview is a publication, not a travel agency. We do not sell cruises and are not responsible for the booking, conduct, or outcome of any voyage. All cruise bookings are made directly with cruise lines or through licensed travel agents.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Information on the Site is provided in good faith but is offered "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cruise line offerings, ships, and itineraries change frequently — always verify details directly with the cruise line before booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MyCruiseReview, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or travel costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed USD 100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyCruiseReview from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, or (d) any content you submit.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to comment, subscribe, or otherwise interact with the Site at any time, with or without notice, including (without limitation) for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to binding arbitration.
12. Dispute Resolution & Class-Action Waiver
The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by informal negotiation initiated by written notice to contact@mycruisereview.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Miami, Florida. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
